30 Days - Refund ,Return or Exchange
Fullstore offers refunds ,returns or exchanges for products within thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment in most cases.If 30 days have gone by since delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund ,return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Conditions
Products being sent back must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags including Fullstore Apparel hangtags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately clearance sale products can not be refunded. Discount promo codes not valid on closeouts/discontinued products. Returns and Exchange are not available on closeout products or discontinued products.
International Returns
International returns must be covered by the customer. We suggest using your local postal service or a courier:

Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined below.
Please mark 'Returned Items' clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel and most importantly ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form, to prevent any import charges and taxes being applied.

Then we decide if you are eligible for a refund.
A returned item is classified as unsellable for the following reasons:
The item is not in the same condition as previously listed.
It is defective, damaged, opened, lacking required labeling, prohibited, or otherwise unsuitable.

③If the return is due the consumer, for instance, the product is as expected, but you changed your mind;choose the size without referring to the size chart of product, resulting in too large or too small), then you are responsible for the shipping fee from returns. ④If the product received are damaged or not correct, then the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee, and no restocking fee will charged to the consumer for the return.

⑥To make sure that you receive the correct refund, don't include items from multiple orders or shipments in the same return box.
⑦Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return & Refund Timeline
Please allow 5-10 business days for your return package to arrive at our warehouse after dropping it off with the carrier. Once your return package arrives our will assess the condition of the product and according to the assessment, the case will be resolved with a full refund, partial refund,discount coupon, or decline of return. It will take up to 5 business days to process. You will receive an email confirming that the processing has been completed.
Some shipping carriers may be experiencing delays causing return packages to not reach our warehouse within the typical 5-10 day timeframe. Please follow your return tracking number for details.
Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take up to 10 business days from the processing date for the refund to automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Return a Gift
If you received a gift and need an exchange or a replacement, you'll need to return the original item and place a new order. But your need provide require a receipt or proof of purchase.If you’re the gift giver, you can request a replacement in Your Orders.
To return a gift
①Go to Fullstore official website. If prompted, sign in to your account. If you don't have an account, you'll need to create one.Find the order number for the item you want to return.
Note: You can find your "Order ID" on your packing slip or on the shipping notice we emailed you. If you can't locate your packaging slip or email, but have the tracking number from the shipping box, contact us. If you cannot locate the order ID or tracking number, the person who purchased the gift will need to contact us directly

Mistaken Returns
Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The correct item must be returned to receive a refund.
Our does not store items mistakenly sent to us and instead donates, or recycles them, when appropriate and possible. If you accidentally sent the wrong item to our warehouse, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Our cannot guarantee your item will be found and returned, and no compensation is provided for incorrect items sent to our warehouse.
Exchange
To perform an exchange, please return your order using the return process listed above and then place another order for the product you would like. If the original order used a discount code please contact our customer service support team.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel your order, we will make every attempt to cancel it prior to being shipped. Once the product is shipped, you will have to begin the return process.
Availability
All purchases made with us are subject to availability. We do our best to keep in stock most products that are advertised by us and to keep our site up to date with the availability of products. If there is a considerable delay in dispatching your order, or if for any reason, we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will contact you using the contact details provided by you when you placed the order. You can choose a refund, or if possible, to put your order on backorder as agreed with you. If you choose to put your order on backorder, we will contact you to arrange for delivery once the product is available.
